Refunds

You can ask for a refund (up until your mushrooms have been delivered), or exchange your mushrooms if they are not reasonably fresh, or are damaged significantly (no refunds are claimable after being delivered).

Refunds

Once you have emailed us for a refund, we will send you an email once we have issued the refund. The amount paid will be credited to the credit card that you initially paid with. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable amount of time since our issuance email, please contact us (our details are below).

Exchanges

We will resend you more mushrooms if the original mushrooms are not reasonably fresh. To qualify, please send us a photo of the mushrooms and brief description of your issue. There will be a significant delay in getting an exchange as we need to complete another growing cycle. Our contact details are below.
